About this role

We are seeking a finance professional to support global outgoing payment operations within the Finance Centre of Excellence – Cash and Risk Management. The role focuses on executing and controlling accounts payable payment activities in a secure, centralised SAP payment environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies, global controls, and regulatory requirements while consistently meeting service timelines across multiple geographies.

What you’ll do

Perform day-to-day operations of the accounts payable payments process in a global SAP payment environment.Process outgoing payments accurately, ensuring correct values and complete, valid supporting documentation.Monitor and manage transaction workflows, proactively resolving exceptions and process issues.Deliver operational tasks and project activities assigned by the Team Leader.Ensure strict adherence to policies, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.Consistently achieve defined KPIs, SLAs, and turnaround times across regions and cut-off schedules.Complete due diligence activities in line with agreed timelines.Support internal and external audits, including effective operation of SOX controls.

Who you are

A finance professional with strong knowledge of end-to-end payment processes in a global environment.Experienced in working with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4HANA.Familiar with banking platforms and supply chain financing programmes.Confident in managing process-critical issues and taking timely, informed decisions.A collaborative team contributor with clear, effective communication skills.Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Qualified with an MBA in Finance, CA (Inter), M.Com, or B.Com, with 4–8 years of experience, preferably within a shared services organisation.
