Role Purpose

To achieve SME and SOHO customer acquisition targets by ensuring excellent customer experience standards and positioning our offering competitively to capture and grow market share.

Job Profile

• Manage a team of up to 15 outsourced sales agents to achieve key targets, including net additions, voice points, solutions, and accounts.
• Plan and distribute sales activities across territories to maximize opportunities, grow market share, and increase year-on-year sales.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Activation, and project owners) to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
• Encourage innovation within the team by identifying and supporting new ideas that improve performance.
• Reduce and resolve customer complaints while maintaining high sales quality standards (93% by Month 3, 85% by Month 6, and keeping “no network” cases below 7%).
• Train and develop the team to represent Vodafone effectively and support the Digital #1 strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to achieve top Net Promoter Score (NPS) for acquired accounts.
