Join Our Team as a 2nd Line OPS Specialist - OneDMS!

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for maintaining seamless IT operations? We're looking for a talented 2nd Line OPS Specialist - OneDMS to join our dynamic team. As a 2nd Line OPS Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and ensuring the stability and reliability of the DMS (Document Management System) application.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the DMS application in the Vodafone DE production environment, ensuring operational stability and smooth functioning.
  • Assist in analyzing, resolving, and documenting incidents and problems in line with Vodafone DE processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining service delivery in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in evaluating change requests by analyzing application and business impacts.
  • Perform basic system checks and analyses to aid in proactive maintenance and suggest potential system improvements.
  • Run predefined scripts and assist in developing simple tools for monitoring and automating basic operational tasks.
  • Provide support during software migration.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to address problem and service requests.
  • Assist in conducting root cause analyses for production issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduation degree in technology or a related field.
  • Experience with managing and troubleshooting basic issues in Document Management Systems (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Basic ability to write and execute scripts using tools like PowerShell, DOS, or Perl.
  • Familiar with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL for basic troubleshooting and scripting.
  • Understanding of SOAP and REST methodologies and performance testing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of application performance tuning is an advantage.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
  • Familiar with IP addressing, DNS, firewalls, NAT, and proxy servers.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as Datadog or Grafana is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of tools like GitHub for repository management.
  • Awareness of microservices and distributed application architectures.
  • General understanding of telecommunications is advantageous.
  • Exposure to SQL query performance optimization is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English; proficiency in German is desirable.
