Job Description
This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of Tesco Mobile Slough or Welwyn Garden City office (hybrid- 2 days a week in office).
Working as a Retail Marketing Operations - Digital Expert,you will work on the strategy and operational deliverables supporting our aim to give customers an effective, informative and helpful journey across all Tesco Mobile store formats. Your role will be to understand digital communication as it stands and evolve this to be better placed for future delivery at scale. Through careful assessment, evaluation, and iterative learning you will work to define 'what good looks like' for TM in our existing main estate, new retail concept and unassisted space. You will understand the retail environment and the infrastructure in which we work to become the conduit between the squad and Channel Execution and Infrastructure.
You'll work alongside the Retail store teams & Retail Marketing Squad as part of developing the digital requirements, to establish best practice, build new processes and develop business case requirements to enable live testing in store. You'll consider the integration and effectiveness of digital processes by reducing complexity and building this into existing and/or create new workflows across the business. As a close knit group you'll lead the squad to self organise time and focus and with clear objectives for delivery. You'll support through maintaining effective workflows and ceremonies to maximise collaboration and output.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven understanding of Agile practices and processes
- An understanding of digital retail marketing/retail media marketing
- Previous retail operations experience
- Ability to self-organise and manage own work and deadlines
- Flexibility to travel (travel is required in this role)
- Understanding of IT infrastructures and processes
- Understanding of Health & Safety policies in retail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
