Job Description
Our Trials Analysts are the ones responsible for managing new features in our entertainment equipment and services through to our customers. Grow your potential as an Entertainment Trials Analyst Apprentice and join them in improving our entertainment offering for customers across the UK, all whilst earning £27,000! Make things happen We release new software releases every 6-weeks, but it’s important we know they work smoothly and effectively – that’s where you come in. As an apprentice, you will be a part of the team that handles the trial periods on our updates, making sure the quality meets expectations and delivering them to customers. You will plan and deliver technical trials in line with business requirements and solution designs, whilst meeting agreed SLAs. Day-to-day, you could be: *Collaborating with trialists to set new tasks, answer any queries they may have and resolve any problems with equipment or software they’re reviewing *Reviewing trialists tasks set previously, analysing results and presenting findings and feedback to key partners *Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives Who we are The UK’s fastest broadband network. The must haves We’re looking for decisive individuals that are great team mates, happy to work with the wider team and other groups across the business. The other stuff we are looking for Good communication skills are important for this role, both written and verbal, as you’ll be producing written documents and leading on presentations. What's in it for you We’ll offer a starting salary of £27,000 with the chance to increase this at 12-months to £30,000. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, final salaries start from £35,000. During the scheme, you’ll also work towards a level 3 business administration apprenticeship.
