Job Description

PLAY YOUR PART IN DELIVERING TV & BROADBAND Our Demand & Delivery teams are responsible for processing any requests relating to our technology projects and entertainment teams to ensure they reach the right people. Grow your potential as a Technical Business Administration Apprentice and join them in improving our TV & broadband service, delivering our customers the very best, and earning £27,000 whilst doing it! Make things happen As an apprentice, your main role will be to manage our 2,000 trialists to ensure they’re still with the business, have the correct equipment and are adhering to all GDPR regulations. You’ll be supporting the wider team by understanding requests that come in against technology products and diverting these to the right teams, or picking requests up if they’re relevant to our team. Day-to-day, you could be: *Updating the trialists report in line with changes from the Leavers report to ensure details are current. *Creating weekly reports to capture trialist numbers on each workstream and sharing in team meetings. *Supporting other team members through administration tasks such as raising POs, keeping track of billed POs, chasing up invoices, and more. Who we are The UK’s fastest broadband network. The nation’s best-loved mobile brand. And, one of the UK's biggest companies too. Diverse, high performing teams - jam packed with serious talent. With inclusivity at our hearts, we’re 100% committed to having a workforce that represents every part of our society, so we’re keen to hear from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances. The only barrier to applying would be if you didn’t have the right to work in the UK and were unable to obtain it without our support. What's in it for you You’ll get hands-on, working in a niche team with real impact across our TV and broadband offering. We’ll offer you a starting salary of £27,000, with an opportunity to increase at 12-months to £30,000. Final landing salaries upon successful completion of the scheme start from £35,000. Plus, enjoy our amazing benefits, including: *25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days after 5 years *Your birthday off *Flexible benefits package including matching up to 10% of your pension contributions, medical plans, and buying and selling holiday *Wide range of discounts on everything from days out to household bills ...and loads more! Once you've submitted an application the next steps of the process, if successful, are likely to include an online test, a telephone interview, a coaching call and an assessment centre. When you apply, you'll be asked about any adjustments you might need to support the recruitment process. Let us know, and we'll be sure to discuss it with you. Please note: Applications will be reviewed, and interviews conducted throughout the duration of this advert, therefore we may bring the closing date forward. We encourage all interested applicants to apply as soon as possible. If you’re offered a job with us, it will be conditional, based on the passing of background checks.
