Job Description
We are recruiting for 8 WiFi Customer Support Analysts as we build a new team to support our Top Tier customers. These are fantastic opportunities for candidates with a passion for providing customer service excellence to build/grow a technical skill set.
The Wi-Fi Customer Support Analysts will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by diagnosing and resolving their Wi-Fi issues, providing technical assistance, and ultimately ensuring a first-class user experience.
These positions require a blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, first line technical knowledge and a passion for resolving connectivity challenges. This is role is a telephone customer service-based with a first line technical support wrap product training will be provided to ensure your technical knowledge is at the right level for this role. You will be managing the connectivity of devices to our Wi-Fi network and troubleshooting issues through to resolution. An excellent level of customer service with a can-do attitude is a must.

The must haves
- Excellent customer service skills
- An interest and aptitude for technology
- Good understanding of wifi systems, mobile devices, and other tech products that connect to wifi
- Excellent communication and listening skills
The other stuff we are looking for
- CCNA or IT related certification in a relevant field is a plus but training will be given
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support or as a customer support
