Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be the contract guru guiding us through every twist and turn. From inception to exit, you'll ensure our customer agreements are rock-solid and optimised for success.Externally, you'll be our customer whisperer, nurturing relationships and steering us toward greatness. And internally, the go-to for all things Wholesale B2B2C agreement-related, keeping our operations running efficiently.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience

  • Legal training/qualification whilst not a perquisite would be an advantage
  • Experience of handling material contracts, managing opportunities and risks through the full contract lifecycle
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a numerate or legal field, demonstrating a high level of comfort with contractual terms
  • An understanding of the Telecoms industry and its products is crucial
  • Ideally, a high-level understanding of fixed network technologies such as DOCSIS and XGSPON, able to communicate confidently across these topics. You are not expected to be a deep technical expert.
  • Proven track record to manage senior partners across a variety of functions and areas of expertise
  • Good communication and presentation skills for developing written documentation, able to distil sophisticated problems into easy to digest information
