The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Demonstrated success in B2B Sales or Account Management, preferably within the fixed connect wholesale channel of the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to achieve and surpass new business sales targets by cultivating relationships with existing Business Partners and actively pursuing opportunities to onboard new partners.
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce.com pipeline to prioritise opportunities and accurately forecast sales.
  • Proven track record to establish and maintain positive relationships with key partners in the Business Partner network, understanding their business needs and fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in engaging with C-Level executives within partner organisations to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic support.
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face meetings with partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to evaluate performance and develop improvement strategies.
  • Capability to create strategic account development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Proficient in negotiating sales opportunities with extended cycles and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ability to collaborate optimally with internal teams to ensure cohesive account strategies and partner satisfaction.
  • Experience in crafting and managing custom sales incentives and commercial propositions to drive partner engagement and growth.

The other stuff we are looking for

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to partners, highlighting sales and operational strategies to identify growth areas.
  • Experience in supervising market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt account strategies and offer feedback to internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
