In this adventurous role, you'll champion our growth by delivering top-notch commercial support and governance, especially on major and complex bids. You'll dive deep into proposals, offering cross-functional challenges and creative insights to boost our win rates. Your mission includes developing a keen understanding of our customers, forging strong peer relationships, and overseeing the commercial facets of our customer propositions. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in project based environment, working to defined and often challenging timescales with interdependency with other functions/workstreams
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a number of high value bids and customer opportunities at any one time and to work to deadlines.
  • Highly numerate (advanced Excel) plus proven financial modelling and analytical experience
  • Previous experience and demonstrable achievement in a pricing or commercial finance role, ideally within the IT/Telecoms B2B market
  • Previous experience in a product management/marketing or sales environment

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications market either through direct experience or potentially through a consultancy based role.
  • A proficient knowledge of financial performance metrics eg margins, NPV, IRR, payback etc and ability to explain financial assumptions, models and investment appraisal.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to tackle business issues impacting the capability of the business to achieve its goals.
