In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders dependent on Digital Workplace products to ensure development, technical management, and support align with architectural principles and cost guidelines

  • Stay current with product releases and vulnerability patches to ensure our platforms remain secure and up-to-date

  • Prior experience of supporting a SAAS technology platform
  • Experience in operating as matrix manager in coordinating people and resources from multiple areas of the organisation
  • Excellent planning, organisation, written and oral communication skills, including the ability and confidence to deliver proposals and plans to key stakeholders and translate/summarising complex project information for different stakeholders/needs

The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience of working with the Galactic platforms
  • Understanding of vulnerability management/deprecation planning

Next steps If we feel like a place where you can belong, we'd love to learn more about you as a person and your experience to date. Once you've submitted an application the next steps of the process, if successful, are likely to include a call from one of our Talent Acquisition Partners.

When you apply, you'll be asked about any adjustments you might need to support the recruitment process. Let us know, and we'll be sure to discuss it with you.

Please note: Applications will be reviewed, and interviews conducted throughout the duration of this advert, therefore we may bring the closing date forward.
