About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Consultant and become an essential catalyst in transforming our clients' operations! You will leverage the powerful Atlassian product suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, along with productivity tools like Slack, to deliver exceptional value to businesses and organizations.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping clients seamlessly integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve peak operational efficiency. Your expertise will shine as you provide strategic guidance, design innovative solutions, and guide hands-on implementations, from product setup and migrations to upgrades and performance tuning.
As a Technical Atlassian Consultant, you'll also engage in pre-sales activities, crafting and presenting compelling solutions, delivering accurate estimates, and creating comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs. Your commitment to continuous learning will ensure you stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in the Atlassian suite and related technologies, allowing you to offer cutting-edge solutions.

The role will require 2 days a month in the Madrid office, the rest of the days are remote.
What you'll be doing
- Use knowledge of Atlassian products to gather and evaluate requirements, research, and present solutions to clients, and make suitable recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with a range of stakeholders
- Participation in pre-sales, helping define scope and estimates for projects, as well as helping in solution design
- Participation in internal knowledge-sharing and improvements
- Meet clients via Zoom and work on-site 4 days a month in our Getafe office
- Installations, upgrades, and migrations for Atlassian applications and associated technologies
- Custom Atlassian solution design and implementation e.g., workflow, plugins/scripts, configuration
- Scripting solutions with languages like Groovy and Python
- Database administration and querying
- Web integration of Atlassian and other applications using Rest APIs
- System administration (Linux and Windows), particularly application servers

What we're looking for
- Experience in technical consulting, software development, or the Atlassian toolset
- Atlassian Tools experience or Jira admin background
- Experience implementing ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Experience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements
- Experience writing and contributing to technical reports
A few nice to haves
- Experience with web integration using Rest APIs
- LATAM market knowledge
- Experience with system administration (e.g. Linux and Windows) and database administration
- Pre-sales experience
