Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the evolution of our O2 Web Early Life experience, shaping how customers onboard, engage, and build confidence with us from day one. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering meaningful digital journeys that improve early-life engagement and drive long-term customer value. You’ll take ownership of key moments in the customer journey, including our digital welcome and order tracking experience, working at pace to deliver continuous improvements. Partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll balance customer needs with business priorities, using data and insight to inform decisions and deliver measurable outcomes. They play a big role in helping people feel connected from day one. The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes across digital products
• Experience shaping customer lifecycle journeys, ideally within onboarding or early-life web
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and web analytics tools
• Strong data-led decision making, with experience defining and tracking KPIs
• Experience working in Agile product teams The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
• Experience delivering high-quality web experiences, including responsive design and optimisation
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend systems
