- Lead the delivery of service deployments including, but not limited to, XGS‑PON, Mobile Backhaul (MBH), and B2B network services
- Oversee end‑to‑end programme and project delivery across B2C, B2B, B2B2C and large‑scale network expansion initiatives, including OSS development and integration
- Build, lead and develop high‑performing programme and project management teams, embedding strong delivery mentality, capability growth and succession
- Own programme‑level risk, issue and dependency management, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, escalation and resolution
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior and executive‑level stakeholders, enabling effective decision‑making and delivery alignment
- Ensure robust programme governance, reporting and controls, providing clear, concise insight to executive forums

Our ways of working
We’re a flexible-first organisation, because we know people do their best work when they have choice and clarity. To support meaningful collaboration, we ask everyone to spend at least eight days each month connecting in person.
That doesn’t just mean time in the office, it could be team meetings, offsites, volunteering days, cross-functional projects, or away days - anywhere meaningful collaboration happens. What matters is making those moments purposeful, so when we come together, it really counts.

The must haves

- Deep understanding of Converged Interconnect Networks and their role in enabling service delivery
- Experience of single‑touch automation to enable deployment of services across Access and Packet networks
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing programme and project management teams
- Extensive experience managing programme‑level risks, issues, dependencies and interlocks across complex delivery environments
- Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills, including engagement at executive level
The other stuff we are looking for
- Preparation and ownership of executive‑level and board‑level reporting, including status, risk, financials and decision support
- Proven ability to identify, track and realise tangible benefits from transformation programmes, with a strong focus on value delivery
