About the Role

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering targeted CRM campaigns that drive engagement, commercial performance and long-term customer loyalty. From campaign build to deployment, you’ll bring data-led, consumer-first communications to life across multiple channels.

This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract (covering maternity leave) and hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, build and delivery of targeted, multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Translate business objectives into compelling consumer communications
  • Manage stakeholder requests and contribute to a balanced contact strategy
  • Use insights and analytics to shape campaigns and optimise performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trading and Analytics teams to test and learn
  • Handle CRM admin tasks including voucher setup/testing, competitions and purchase orders
  • Proof, test and refine campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in CRM or consumer marketing within a B2C environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
  • Confident stakeholder manager with great collaboration skills
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and behaviours
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-led decisions

Desirable: experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI or GA4 and a background in retail or multi-agency environments.
