What you’ll be doing...

The Pega Senior Decision Architect (SDA) supports our Decisioning practice as a Pega Capability Decision Logic Project Shepherd. You will partner closely with Marketing Strategy, Business Intelligence, and GTS to find optimization opportunities, develop use cases, mentor Decision Architects, and guide Decision logic projects to completion.

  • Leading new ways to maximize the Marketing Business benefit of Pega capabilities inside of VBM (Value Base Marketing) in order to find new revenue opportunities, retain customers, and automate cumbersome business processes.

  • Leading Pega Innovation and Optimization projects into reality.

  • Managing numerous stakeholders across Marketing and GTS to see projects through from inception (business case) to completion, and continue to prove out use cases.

  • Leading and mentoring Decision Architects on the implementation of VBM Decision logic projects, provide Decisioning SME business context knowledge, and work closely with the Lead Decision Architect on the overall Decision Architecture.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Four or more years experience in an IT or Business function.

  • Two or more years of experience in an object-oriented programming language.

  • One or more years in Pega Decisioning or BPM experience.

  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.

  • Certified Pega Business Architect

Even better if you have:

  • Pega PRPC version 7 or higher, BPM, or UI experience.

  • Certifications: CPDC, CSSA, CSA, or CPMC,PCBA

  • Experience in a Telecom, Cable, or Banking/Finance.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
