About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Decision Strategy Lead with over 11 years of expertise in designing and developing Always-On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and frameworks. This role involves translating commercial requirements into decisioning solutions, applying design principles, and leveraging predictive models to enhance customer experience through next-best-action strategies. The individual will collaborate closely with Commercial Managers and cross-functional teams to optimise decisioning processes across multiple channels and touchpoints.

What you’ll do

  • Design, optimise, and mature the Decisioning Framework, including principles across products, segments, and channels using real-time and offline data inputs.
  • Translate business briefs and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configurations.
  • Partner with Commercial Managers to identify decisioning opportunities, provide training, and interpret performance against expectations.
  • Run simulations for proposed strategy changes and provide insights to the Customer Strategy Group.
  • Assess requirements and draft briefs for new capabilities to support AoM communication needs, including data briefs and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of components and recommend Decision System Lead involvement when necessary.
  • Maintain accountability for the quality of assets implemented by Decision Strategy Designers.
  • Manage technical environments in partnership with Decision System Leads from an operational perspective.

Who you are

Experienced professional with 11+ years in decisioning strategy and AoM solutions.Strong understanding of next-best-action principles and customer experience optimisation.Skilled in CVM campaign development, data flow, and decisioning architecture.Proficient in Agile methodologies and solution design.Certified Pega Decisioning Architect (Lead).Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams effectively.
