What you’ll be doing...
Your role will be crucial in driving our success by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for leading a team focused on expanding our relationships with existing accounts. This includes identifying opportunities to introduce new products and features, upselling, and expanding the use of our devices, assets, and video services.
Additionally, you will lead a team dedicated to essential back-office tasks. This team will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and the success of both our internal and external customers.
Leading vendor teams of SSD, CMT, and Possible New teams, to help remove barriers, solve problems, and to help them be maximally productive.
Overseeing customer performance analysis related to post-sales support in areas of SLA compliance, Service Delivery, Billing and overall account support.
Guiding team members in dealing with especially challenging service issues.
Ensuring team members maintain strong customer relationships.
Setting departmental goals and budgets.
Initiating new processes to improve the team’s performance.
**This is a hybrid role. In office days will be assigned by your manager. **
What we’re looking for...
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented leader. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating strong customer relationships, and effectively addressing customer account requests.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Project and program management experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Led a team.
Three or more years of experience managing multiple programs, personnel, and profit and loss (P&L).
Experience with service assurance (incident management), service delivery, finance/billing and contract management

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $114,500.00 - $220,000.00.
The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $126,000.00 - $220,000.00.
