  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and prospective candidates.
  • Mapping talent markets and gathering insights on industry trends, competitor activity, mergers, acquisitions, and other market developments.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate data.
  • Supporting client account management activities when required.
  • Ensuring all activity is performed in line with internal policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A degree (BSc or BA or equivalent experience).

If you're looking for a recruitment role where you can genuinely influence business growth, work alongside talented colleagues, and continue developing your career in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
