
Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in enabling business growth by attracting and bringing in the right talent to support current and future business needs. Reporting to the Head of TAA, the role will be expected to work closely with business and HR stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements and translate these into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide market insights, sourcing expertise and strategic hiring support to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple functions and geographies. The role will also be expected to enhance the candidate experience, support diversity hiring ambitions and contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Maersk’s ability to attract and engage the right talent.
What You Can Expect:
Deliver timely and high-quality hiring outcomes through effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce capabilities, and talent gaps.
Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and nurture talent pipelines through relevant hiring communities, professional networks, industry forums, and events.
Leverage market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on talent availability, competitor landscapes, and hiring trends.
Support and advocate diversity hiring initiatives to help achieve Maersk's diversity and inclusion ambitions.
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that enhance Maersk's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Utilize innovative sourcing approaches and candidate engagement strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Critical Competencies:
10-12+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
Proven expertise in sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement strategies.
Experience driving employer branding and digital talent attraction campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Talent market intelligence and workforce planning awareness.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
Results orientation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
