Location: Warrington (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on site)

The Opportunity
As Head of Products, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology and operations shaping the digital capabilities that underpin Water, Wastewater, Central Operations, Maintenance, Scientific Services and Integrated Operations.
You’ll lead a high performing matrix team across Enterprise & Data Architecture, Portfolio, Commercial, Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations and our commercial partners. Your leadership will directly influence how we innovate, how we deliver, and how we evolve.
This is a role for someone who wants to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional technology services with outstanding customer satisfaction
- Translate business ambition into technology reality, shaping clear, actionable change
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the Product Area, driving clarity, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Own and manage the full technology change portfolio, ensuring delivery partners meet performance, commercial and quality expectations
- Support Product Owners to optimise processes and uncover new opportunities for improvement
- Manage totex for the Product Area, ensuring investment delivers maximum value
- Maintain visibility of future demand and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Report, monitor and articulate the value delivered across the portfolio
- Ensure seamless transition of new solutions into support and operational models
What You’ll Bring
- Strong, confident leadership with the ability to build an engaged, high‑performing culture
- Excellent commercial acumen and experience managing vendor relationships, including systems integrators
- Hands‑on experience applying Agile frameworks
- Deep understanding of technologies, legacy systems and complex technical environments
- Proven ability to manage performance, resolve high‑level issues and drive service improvements
- Skilled at influencing and guiding stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing demand across multiple portfolios
- MSP / APMP / SAFe leadership or other Agile certification (or equivalent experience)
