The VoC Program Manager role is part of a team responsible for leading TUIs customer feedback program.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage the turning of a diverse range of customer feedback and business data about customer experience into a cohesive Voice of the Customer program
  • Act as a key account across the business to ensure they can utilize TUIs customer feedback measurement platform as needed
  • Lead one of the workstreams (Post holiday) of the VoC program with stakeholders across all source markets, to further enhance the existing set up, as well as overview new projects and influence future roadmap priorities
  • Championing Post holiday workstream priorities within VoC program, including management of external support partner as well as aligning with internal stakeholders across all markets and concepts
  • Closely collaborate with IT team to ensure business requirements are prioritized, including working in agile team

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor or Master in in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in market research / consumer insights / marketing with focus on customer research
  • Excellent understanding of methods used to assess Customer Experience through various customer facing channels
  • Excellent understanding of data, with experience of interpreting large volumes of data and advanced analytical skills
  • Experience in working with data processing and visualization dashboards
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / deliverables
  • Optional: experience with qualtrics or other Customer Feedback management software
  • Willingness to work in international teams with English as business language
