Job Description

Due to visa and work permit restrictions, we are only able to consider applications from Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina and Mexico. You must also have a good level of English.

We are recruiting for a variety of Housekeeping positions including Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors.

• TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće
• TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane

Seasonal contracts are from 1st April to 31st October 2026. You will need to be available for the full contract duration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to high standards.
• Replacing linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Supporting the team to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be a resident of either Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina or Mexico.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
