We are currently recruiting for Hotel Night Porter to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

First impressions count for a lot, and you’ll be one of the first people some of our guests meet as a night porter at the Alton Towers Resort.

The role is diverse from cleaning guest & employee restrooms, to checking in late arrivals. Always dealing with guest queries in an efficient & professional manner and ensuring we meet and exceed all our guests expectations, with the highest level of service.

As a night porter you could work in any of our amazing accommodations – Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel, Enchanted Village, which also includes the Luxury Treehouses, and Stargazing Pods.

Responsibilities range from ensuring the Hotels are clean and presentable ready for the next morning, this includes cleaning of guest & employees areas such as toilets, hoovering corridors and entertainment spaces, mopping & buffing floors and attending guest’s rooms for any requests that may arise. The nights team are also responsible for the safety of our guests in the event of fire evacuation.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £11.60/Hr.-GBP £13.00/Hr.
