Job Description

We're looking for someone who thinks strategically to lead our planning and programme design across the Nordic region, shaping our seasonal product portfolio and achieving commercial success through smart decision-making and specialist market insight.

The role will be published until 18 May 2026.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll define commercial strategies for different product groups and destinations, analyzing market trends and customer preferences to ensure we're relevant in our product offering.
  • Planning passenger volumes will be a key part of your role, where you'll determine risk appetite and regional product needs by diving into previous seasons' performance and current market dynamics.
  • You'll establish what sellable products we offer across the region, setting policies that determine product components and ensuring our portfolio truly meets customer needs and commercial objectives.
  • Managing gateway and destination setups means you'll evaluate performance, define optimal risk levels with committed seats and beds, and recommend configuration changes that optimize our network.
  • You'll decide when products and seasons go on sale, coordinating with central commercial teams and ensuring perfect market timing through collaboration with inventory, pricing, and marketing colleagues.
  • Monitoring our beds-to-seats ratio will keep you connected with flight capacity management, FPS and APS teams, maintaining the right balance between accommodation and flight capacity across the region.
  • You are an important stakeholder for the Nordic region in terms of destination-, product- and market expertise and in regular communication with the organisation for awareness of commercial needs and opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in commercial planning, product management, or programme design within the travel industry.
  • Your understanding of tour operations, capacity planning, and risk management is solid, and you've successfully managed complex commercial relationships.
  • You're analytical by nature, able to interpret market data and commercial performance metrics to guide strategic decisions with P&L impact.
  • Your knowledge of the Nordic travel market and customer preferences, combined with experience in flight and accommodation inventory management, sets you apart.
  • You're an excellent communicator and presenter who thrives in cross-functional teams, with fluency in English and local Nordic language(s).

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
