Senior People Services & Payroll Specialist

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of our end-to-end HR operations and payroll across the Nordic region, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our people while driving continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll manage payroll administration and reporting across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, coordinating with outsourced providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• We need you to maintain and optimise employee data across multiple HR systems, supporting everything from new hires to organisational changes while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Process improvements will be central to your role – you'll identify inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures, and drive automation across our Nordic HR operations.
• Acting as first point of contact, you'll support managers and employees with HR and payroll queries, staying current on legislative changes and collective bargaining agreements.
• You'll ensure we remain compliant with employment regulations across all Nordic countries, monitoring legal changes and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting international mobility cases forms part of your remit, handling cross-border employment from both administrative and payroll perspectives.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring proven experience in HR, including hands-on payroll and pension administration across the Nordic region, with essential experience in Danish payroll, collective agreements, and labour law.
• Your knowledge of labour law and collective agreements across Nordic countries enables you to effectively apply this in payroll, employee data management, and advisory situations.
• Experience with HR systems and data management is essential, along with a track record of driving improvements and standardising processes.
• You've worked as a first point of contact for HR and payroll queries within a Nordic organisation, supporting managers and employees across multiple countries.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field would be advantageous, though we're open to discussing equivalent qualifications and experience.
