Job Description

As Senior CX Digital Innovation Specialist at TUI Airline, you'll play a critical supporting role in delivering innovation projects that transform our customer journey. Working closely with the CX Digital Innovation Manager, you'll coordinate key aspects of innovation initiatives from pilot design to evaluation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the development and delivery of CX innovation projects, coordinating timelines, resources and key deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customer trends, competitive benchmarks and emerging technologies to inform innovation priorities.
  • Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of pilot programs, helping to gather data, feedback and insights for evaluation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and visual materials to communicate innovation concepts, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather input, ensure alignment and promote shared ownership of innovation initiatives.
  • Track and report on innovation KPIs, project milestones and risks, escalating issues as needed to keep programs on track.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience supporting innovation, transformation or digital projects, preferably within customer experience or airline contexts.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Curious and analytical mindset, comfortable conducting research and drawing actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to prepare clear, engaging reports and presentations for varied audiences.
  • Collaborative working style, able to build relationships and influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to anticipate issues and recommend solutions.
