At Airbus Crisa, we are redefining the future of aerospace engineering. As part of our industrialization and digitalization initiative, we have created a new, state-of-the-art digital platform. This platform is completely transforming our Electronic Unit development process, from design to manufacturing. By fostering collaboration through shared databases and advanced systems, we are laying the groundwork for artificial intelligence and Big Data.

We are looking for a proactive and visionary IT/IM professional who not only provides exceptional user support but also drives technological innovation. This role is key to our digital transformation mission, and will place you on the front lines of implementing next-generation technologies.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead the technological transformation: Participate in the implementation of new technologies such as container-based infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and technological enablement solutions to optimize efficiency and innovation across our systems.
  • Strategic support management: While you will be the main point of support for the user community, your primary function will be to resolve and coordinate complex incidents, acting as a critical bridge between users and the systems team.
  • Advanced system administration: Ensure the correct functioning and evolution of critical systems used by our development teams.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and propose improvements and process standardization to ensure a fluid and robust digital work environment.
  • Agile collaboration: Be part of multidisciplinary teams, working with agile methodologies (SCRUM) to incubate and implement projects that have a direct impact on user experience and business efficiency


What experience and knowledge are we looking for?

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows system administration ((Linux is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft servers and Information server administration (IIS).
  • Experience in SQL Server database administration.
  • Knowledge of LAN network administration.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD technologies.
  • Skill in Active Directory management.
  • Experience with Citrix, SCCM, and scripting (preferably with PowerShell).
  • Proven experience in user support, with a mindset geared towards problem-solving (troubleshooting) and solution implementation.


Candidates must demonstrate 3 - 5 years of work experience in the above listed skills / knowledge areas

Education requirement: Educated to CFGS in Computer Sciences, CFGS in Computer Systems Administration

Language skills requirement: Fluent both in English and Spanish
