Are you ready to build and optimise commercial relationships with tour, activity, and ticketing suppliers? As a Product Development Specialist at TUI Musement, you'll play a crucial role in developing our product portfolio and supporting supplier partnerships in top destinations.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover position.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll build strong relationships with tour, activity, and ticketing suppliers in top destinations and venues in the region, negotiating contracts and agreeing on rappels and marketing contributions.
- We'll count on you to support the suppliers' enrolment and onboarding process, serving as their main point of contact within the TUI ecosystem.
- Your expertise will help build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues while launching new destinations within the region.
- As a destination expert, you'll generate new leads and strategically acquire unique products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of destinations geographically, socially, commercially, and culturally.
- Working with different stakeholders, you'll implement best practices to ensure the best supplier experience possible.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in sales or account management is essential, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry.
- Tours experience & knowledge will be highly advantageous
- An excellent commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships is required.
- You´ll thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and can address issues promptly as they arise.
- Excellent analytical abilities are necessary to evaluate market trends and optimise product portfolios effectively.
- Communication excellence and proficiency with digital tools such as task management systems, CRM, and contracting platforms will contribute to success in this role.
