This is a Fixed Term Contract maternity cover opportunity for 6 months. The job advert will be published until December 18th, 2025

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll define and implement the right product portfolio for each destination, adjusting for current and potential clients while tracking main KPIs with local product development teams.
  • We'll rely on you to ensure our programs are up-to-date, rates are extended, and content is updated and translated as required across our platforms.
  • You'll support defining and maintaining production guidelines and minimum standards for loading, content, supply, and local development teams.
  • Working as a key admin user for our Nezasa platform, you'll stay updated with the newest releases and coordinate with stakeholders to enable the best solutions for each partner.
  • Your expertise will help highlight certain tours through various channels such as marketing newsletters, platform positioning, and white label pages.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including supply, sales, business excellence and operations, you'll ensure seamless product setup and optimal platform performance.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in product management or a related field, with strong analytical skills to lead market analysis.
  • Your excellent coordination and communication skills enable you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects simultaneously.
  • We value your strategic thinking and proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving business growth.
  • You're detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency, ensuring our products meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Your proficiency in managing KPIs and ensuring product compliance with guidelines will be essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with the Nezasa platform or similar systems would be beneficial but is not required.
