ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll work alongside Business Analysts and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, creating scalable and user-friendly applications that optimize business processes.

• Testing and validation are key parts of your role – you'll continuously perform technical testing of developed applications and flows to ensure they're functional, high-performing, and user-friendly, while identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Keeping our solutions running smoothly is essential, so you'll monitor performance regularly, adjust applications and flows when data models or business processes change, and take proactive measures to maintain optimal reliability.

• Documentation matters here – you'll create comprehensive records of technical design, application architecture, user flows, and process documentation while ensuring we meet governance standards, IT security requirements, and audit expectations.

• We value transparency, so you'll create regular and ad hoc reports on solution parameters like app usage, flow runs, error rates, and automation effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

• You'll also provide operational support to clients, helping them get the most from the solutions you've built.

ABOUT YOU

• You have a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, combined with proven professional experience in IT, application development, or automation-related environments.

• You've got hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, or you're eager to build your expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform - Microsoft certification such as PL-900 is a plus.

• Your understanding of relational databases, data structures, and core application development principles gives you a solid foundation.

• You're familiar with Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools, and low-code logic building concepts such as Power Fx.

• Working effectively in a global matrix, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment comes naturally to you.

• You're fluent in English, and German language skills are a bonus.
