We're looking for a Platform Engineer to join our global Customer Hub & Common Analytics team, where you'll help build and run our AI & Analytics platform using cutting-edge cloud engineering practices.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll be part of a cross-functional team delivering our AI & Analytics platform, taking full responsibility from design through to operation while maintaining the highest quality standards including documentation and security.
• Using your deep technical skills, you'll build and run the platform while enabling our business development teams to work more efficiently, incorporating your machine learning experience along the way.
• You'll help other teams adopt the platform through direct engagement, ensuring operational readiness and observability while continuously improving CI/CD and automation maturity.
• Working hands-on, you'll tackle the complete design, build, test, and deploy cycle, translating ideas into tangible outcomes through active collaboration with Domain teams and Communities of Practice.
• We'd love you to research, evaluate and test new approaches, processes and tools, helping teams use them effectively while committed to technical excellence and self-organisation.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience working with highly available, distributed systems in cloud environments, particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Sagemaker, Bedrock, EKS, ECS and DataDog.
• Your hands-on expertise includes managing scaled cloud systems with infrastructure-as-code, DevSecOps practices, and you're very knowledgeable with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI.
• You bring a proven track record in Data Science projects as a Platform Engineer, with Kubernetes administration experience being highly beneficial.
• You're customer-centric and passionate about delivering great digital products, with solid problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• Your open-minded, inquisitive nature makes you a lifelong learner who's comfortable with ambiguity and independent in your approach.
• You understand the social and ethical implications of software engineering and love working in international, multi-cultural teams where you challenge constructively with clear expectations of yourself and others.
