Job Description

The People Analytics Maager is an exciting opportunity in a global, dynamic organisation providing advanced data & analytics solutions to our internal TUI stakeholders. The “goal of the goal” of the position is to provide better analytics tools and insights to Leaders across TUI enabling them to make better decisions.

As the People Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing efficient solutions to provide rich data & insights to support TUI’s People Agenda. You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as we embark on an ambitious People Analytics transformation. The People Analytics Manager builds effective partnerships with stakeholders to understand business processes, what does/doesn’t work, where opportunities exist that analytics products could support, to guide stakeholders on how to use the tools and to support increased data analytics maturity across TUI.

This role can be based in either our Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Zanentem or Stockholm office and the closing date for applications will be Thursday 11th July.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will develop analytical solutions and engage with stakeholders at various levels of seniority throughout the organisation.
  • You’ll be the People Reporting & Analytics Manager on projects, including transformation projects.
  • You will play a pivotal role in transforming from standard reporting to implementing solutions to optimise and automate analytics.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, proactive and consultative way with your stakeholders to identify people data requirements and opportunities to enhance how data and insights are consumed.
  • Build analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau Prep, Tableau and Python (amongst other tools), sourcing data from a variety of sources, including Successfactors. The implementation of the People Datawarehouse is in progress and forms a critical part of our future analytics infrastructure.
  • You’ll also build mechanisms to ensure premium data quality, while also questioning and interrogating the data to discover insights.
  • Deliver insights verbally, in writing and in presentation formats. The lead will identify trends and observations from the completed analysis and facilitate conversations with stakeholder
  • Be a champion of data governance and data literacy. You will lead the democratisation of people analytics and the upskilling of stakeholder data literacy throughout the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

  • You’ll demonstrate enthusiasm & energy, have a customer first mindset, a strong team player and easy to do business with.
  • A critical thinker and an expert at effectively converting key data insights into recommendations.
  • Able to tell a story with data that drives meaningful discussion and action.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards within Tableau, Power BI or similar
  • A solid understanding of SQL and experience working with Datawarehouses and Data lakes.
  • Define requirements, develop technical specifications, conduct data flow analysis & document unit testing for report development.
  • A continuous improvement focus; a strong desire to standardize, simplify and automate analytics and processes.
  • High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Adept at partnering and interacting with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors reporting and understanding of People data is desirable
