We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Tenerife.
You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT OUR OFFER
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 18.500 € gross per year.

ABOUT YOU
- Good administration skills, strong planning, organisation and confident with technology.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.
- A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality.
- A culturally intelligent individual, exceptional dealing with ambiguity, within a global perspective and a multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- A collaborative team player who wants to learn, grow and embrace the digital culture.
ABOUT THE JOB
- You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
- Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur.
- Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.
- Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
- Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation.
