ABOUT THE JOB

• You will help create the very best holidays for all of our international customers.
• You will accompany our excursions to various destinations and provide engaging and relevant information to our excursion customers.
• You will build up personal destination knowledge not available from browsing online to help you provide great service for customers.
• You will be working closely with your colleagues in the excursions department in ensuring our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience.
• You will respond openly and flexible to any customer queries and provide excellent support.
• You will be assisting with occasional emergencies and unplanned situations and finding on the spot solutions when out in the field on your own.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in tourism sector and as tour guide would be an advantage.
• An individual with excellent communication, verbal skills in French or German or Dutch or Polish along with English.
• Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers.
• A person who wants to learn, grow and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.
• A cultural interested person, team player and supportive attitude.
• Willing to keep local and destinations knowledge current.
