You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT OUR OFFER
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 25.000€ gross per year.
- 1 - 2 days off/week.
- 40 working hours/week.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
- Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
- Overseeing Operation during excursion day.
- Managing and loading all bookings into the system
- Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
- Responsible for loading pick up times into the system.
- Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
- Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems.
- Valuating & closing excursions according to timelines & accounting needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy.
- Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team.
- Responsible for pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets.
- Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line
- Guide contracting
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
- Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
- A collaborative and great team player
- Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
