Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Sicily.

You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 25.000€ gross per year.
  • 1 - 2 days off/week.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
  • Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
  • Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
  • Overseeing Operation during excursion day.
  • Managing and loading all bookings into the system
  • Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
  • Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
  • Responsible for loading pick up times into the system.
  • Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems.
  • Valuating & closing excursions according to timelines & accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy.
  • Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team.
  • Responsible for pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets.
  • Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line
  • Guide contracting

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
  • Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
  • Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
  • Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
  • Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
  • A collaborative and great team player
  • Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
