Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Central Finance Team on as an Accountant (12 month fixed-term contract) and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Location: Milan

ABOUT THE JOB

• Plan and implement new solutions to handle the process of refund claiming from our suppliers
• Liaise with our Customer Care team and our suppliers
• Filing and management of the refunds database
• Excel report creation
• Management of payables invoices

ABOUT YOU

• Knowledge in accounting
• The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Be fluent in both verbal and written English. Additional languages advantageous
• Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management
• Accuracy, integrity and ability to work within specific deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact with people within the team or with other team members
• You have a methodical, organised approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
