Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Global People Services team as an HR Administrator – People Services where you will support contracting our posted staff working in our various destinations around the world. This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Greece.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Contracting (preparation of employment contracts, deal with inquiries of candidates, contract changes, etc.)
• Data maintenance in EC and SAP (entries, exits, destination changes, etc.)
• Various administrative activities (confirmations, terminations, agreements, preparation of reports etc.)
• Cooperation with various Stakeholders (such as Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, Placement, etc.)
• Participation in local as well as international HR projects

ABOUT YOU

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (plus German is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrable previous experience in Business administration tasks
• Empathy, honesty, transparency and confidentiality should be part of your personality
• SAP/EC experience is an advantage
