Communications Intern - Finland

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll write and manage content for employee newsletters, intranet updates, and internal campaigns while supporting leadership communication across departments.
• Drafting press releases, briefing materials, and articles for external publications will be part of your role, alongside building relationships with journalists to ensure positive media coverage.
• We'll rely on you to monitor and analyze media coverage, helping protect and enhance TUI's reputation through strategic communication efforts.
• You'll assist in preparing and executing crisis communication strategies, collaborating with teams to respond effectively to emerging issues.
• Conducting research on communication trends and evaluating the effectiveness of our efforts will allow you to provide actionable recommendations.
• At the end of your internship, you'll present your insights and recommendations to our team, ensuring we benefit from your unique contributions.

ABOUT YOU

• You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finland, ideally in PR, Communications, Journalism, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for this role.
• You're available to start your internship in Fall 2026, in line with your university's internship requirements.
• Your enthusiasm, thoughtful approach, and interest in exploring various facets of corporate communication make you a great fit.
