Flight Operations is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the safe operation of our aircraft fleet. The Flight Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.

As Cabin SEP Consultant, your focus will be to develop and improve compliance of safety and emergency procedures, including supporting audits and closure of audit findings. In addition, you will need to investigate and evaluate risks, update the risk register and support the production of management of change (MOC) risk assessments.

In this role, you’ll report to the SEP Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Cabin SEP Consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the SEP Manager in:

  • Ensuring that the SEP manual is accurately maintained, updated and disseminated in accordance with agreed procedures
  • Completing risk assessments and closing audit findings ensuring the safety and compliance of SEP procedures in TUI Airways
  • Communicating regularly to Crew on SEP issues
  • Evaluation and elimination of safety relevant issues / occurrences
  • Safety investigations and recommendations of remedial actions in close liaison with the SEP Manager
  • Safety equipment audits on GB registered aircraft

ABOUT YOU

  • A diplomatic team player with great people skills with previous experience as Cabin Crew or Cabin Crew Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of SEP procedures and OM A operations policies as well as experience in a regulated aviation environment
  • Ability to role model the required operational standard
  • Ability to work remotely and with a diverse team across different locations
  • Organised and resilient, with the ability to challenge and positively influence
  • IT literate with good skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite products
  • Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some UK and international travel
