***This is a remote position open to candidates in Cyprus, Greece, Portugal and Spain***

Join our dynamic Business Excellence team in TUI Musement as an Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzing data, and developing strategies for integrating automation solutions, including artificial intelligence (AI), into TUI Musement. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Continuously challenge processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities (actively analyse performance metrics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement) and ensuring their implementation with the relevant teams.

• Diagnose processes, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with different stakeholders to improve the flow of our value chain, improve quality, safety and reduce waste & cost.

• Support internal consultative services on specific activities using techniques such as process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, establishing performance standards/metrics (KPIs), Return on Investments analysis, 5 Whys and other root cause analysis.

• Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams in the review, design, development and implementation of global processes and procedures

• Take a hands-on approach to implement process improvements, working closely with stakeholders (both tech and business teams) to ensure seamless integration and realization of efficiency gains. This includes among others trainings, documentation, UATs, coordination etc

• Produce comprehensive documentation of any existing or new processes supporting both high level mapping and detailed manuals and guidelines when necessary.

• Follow-up on projects and initiatives implemented in order to monitor the progress of planned improvements and to assure timely action, proper adoption, appropriate support, and achievement of the expected benefits.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong ability to analyze business processes and complex data sets to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

• Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, with an emphasis on AI.

• Basic understanding of automation technologies, AI, data analytics concepts, and their potential impact on operations.

• Capacity to identify business problems and propose automation-driven solutions effectively.

• Basic understanding of project management principles to plan and execute PoCs effectively within given timelines and budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, understand their needs, and explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documenting requirements, analyzing data, and presenting findings.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, digital technologies or a related area would be highly advantageous.

• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) would be a plus.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with how to interpretate and showcase data

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations related to automation and AI implementation.
