Accounts Payable Junior Temporary Contract

As an AP Junior within TUI Musement, you'll play an important role in supporting our finance operations, helping to ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and efficiently while contributing to a seamless experience for our partners and colleagues.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll verify supplier invoices, process accounting entries and support payment activities through SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Issuing withholding tax certificates and supporting supplier documentation requirements will form an important part of your responsibilities.
• You'll follow up with suppliers to obtain receipts and tax invoices after payment, maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Ensuring documentation meets accounting, taxation and audit requirements will help support both internal and external compliance processes.
• You'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support efficient accounts payable operations.
• Supporting additional finance activities and projects as directed by your Supervisor or Manager will provide opportunities to broaden your experience and knowledge.
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience working within an accounting or finance environment.
• You're confident communicating with suppliers and stakeholders regarding payment-related matters in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Fluent Thai and a good level of English enable you to work effectively in a multilingual and international environment.
• You're comfortable learning and using business systems and can quickly adapt to tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office 365 and other internal platforms.
• A highly organised approach allows you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
• Remaining calm under pressure, you're able to manage deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
