Description

The Trainer/Quality Supervisor is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure all team members possess the necessary skills to meet and exceed performance standards. This role also includes overseeing quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback

  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance

  • Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest standards and procedures

  • Monitor and assess the quality of work produced by the team to ensure our clients standards

  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports to present to management

  • Engage in daily interaction and communication with customers and our client to understand and fulfill their needs

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented communication


Required Qualifications:


  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English are a must

  • Background in commercial enterprise and/or a degree in business or similar and ideally you will have a few years of experience in a similar position in a customer service environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in using training software and quality management tools.
