We’re looking for a dynamic Quality Lead and Trainer to join our team of contact center specialists. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring top-notch service by leading quality initiatives and training programs in German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees;

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback;

  • Monitor and assess the quality of work produced by the team to ensure our clients standards;

  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports to provide feedback to management;

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented communication.


Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English are a must;

  • Background in commercial enterprise and/or a degree in business or similar;

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a customer service environment;

  • Proficient in using training software and quality management tools;

  • Strong communication and presentation skills;

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
