Would you be interested in joining us on this journey? We are looking for our next Head of Sales to work with our Nordic & Baltic countries.

Your core responsibilities, on a typical day

As the Head of Sales, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving new client incorporation, ensuring strategic alignment with regional objectives, and fostering profitable growth while enhancing brand positioning through comprehensive marketing initiatives. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with growth strategies and budgets;

  • Establish regional offerings aligned with strategy and corporate standards for content, branding, and customer experience while ensuring new clients meet margin and corporate standards;

  • Lead the offering and negotiating processes on behalf of the company;

  • Coordinate and manage sales opportunities across all Nordic and Baltic markets, ensuring added value proposals;

  • Increase brand awareness and client recognition through marketing strategies and communication initiatives;

  • Reporting to Head of Regional Sales EMEA.

We are looking for:

  • 10+ years of Sales experience, preferably within the business process outsourcing (BPO) area especially in the Nordics/EMEA;

  • A strategic mindset, capable of aligning sales initiatives with regional growth strategies;

  • Results-oriented and proven ability to drive profitable growth in the region;

  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building;

  • Experience in creation of marketing and communication strategies;

  • Deep understanding of industry and market trends.
