Join us as a Business Operations Lead

As a Business Operations Lead, your responsibility will include overseeing the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the projects we have in Malaga, in addition you will build strong client relations and actively identify potential business opportunities in any commercial relationship. The tasks also include leading operations, financial reporting and providing support to our Director.

Job responsibilities:

  • Plan the activity of the business area in the Contact Center, with the definition, standardization and organization of work processes.
  • Participate in the sizing of human resources in your business area, in coordination with BST and HR, ensuring that demands (positions and profiles) adapt to real needs.
  • Carry out control, monitoring, reporting and analysis of KPIs, providing proposals for new business strategies, establishing viable budgets and carrying out continuous financial monitoring.
  • Manage the implementation of operational procedures (protocols, monitoring, etc.) and incentive system, if applicable, guaranteeing Transcom's profitability objectives.
  • Carry out control and monitoring of service billing, personnel expenses and Transcom suppliers, ensuring compliance with the procedures established for this purpose.
  • Manage your work team, guaranteeing compliance with established service levels, developing the capabilities of your collaborators, adapting it, qualitatively and quantitatively, to the needs of the service.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in Spanish & English is essential.

  • 3 years of operations management.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with multilingual stakeholders.

  • Business development experience.

  • Highly organised and great understanding of reporting and financials.

  • Good understanding of business strategy.

  • Open to new opportunities and adaptable.

  • Office package: Spreadsheet. Excel. High level; Word processor. Word. Medium-high level; Presentations. PowerPoint. High level.
