This role delivers value for money and drives efficiency throughout the procurement life cycle. • Create RFP/RFIs/eauctions through to conclusion, ensuring open and fair competition throughout the process.
  • Build strong internal relationships and develop new and existing supplier relationships to influence and ensure continued suitability, creating greater value across the organisation.
  • Review existing and potential new suppliers and assess their suitability to supply Tesco Group, minimising risk and optimising service, with strong SRM through leading/participating in supplier reviews.
  • Contract creation, review, and negotiation.
  • Opportunity for individual development in procurement with exposure to fastpaced transformational projects.
  • Strong commercial competence and negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience of crossfunctional working and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience of working in a largescale organisation, running large multimillionpound sourcing events and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A consistent track record of delivering change through influencing and challenging the norm, as well as bringing new concepts, innovation, and ideas to life.
