We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Learning & Development Partner to help colleagues learn, grow and succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Learning & Development, previous L&D experience is preferred, however, we will consider relevant and/or transferrable skill(s)
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences that build capability, drive performance and enhance the colleague experience.
You'll play a key role in delivering a blend of Health, Safety & Legal training, behavioural development and leadership learning, helping colleagues and managers develop the skills they need to be successful. This role is field-based and involves regular travel across our locations, with occasional pre-planned evening and weekend activity to support business needs.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.
- Supporting the design, development and delivery of engaging learning solutions and programmes.
- Creating learning experiences that utilise a variety of delivery methods, including face-to-face and digital learning.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the business to understand priorities and challenges.
- Supporting leadership, behavioural and compliance learning initiatives.
- Evaluating learning effectiveness through feedback, data and learner insights.
- Using learning outcomes and business feedback to continuously improve programmes and learning experiences.
- Promoting inclusive and accessible learning opportunities for all colleagues.
- Supporting business change and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensuring learning activities comply with relevant governance, compliance and safety requirements.
- Managing your workload effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational, retail, foodservice, wholesale, customer-facing or people-focused environment.
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring, training or supporting others to learn in addition to knowledge of learning platforms would be advantageous.
- A passion for helping people learn, develop and achieve their potential.
- Confidence presenting information and facilitating discussions with groups of colleagues.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
