Insight Analytics Manager

Job Description

Join our Insight team at the heart of the Customer function, where you�ll shape how Tesco uses data, AI and analytics to understand customers, identify growth opportunities and drive customerled decision making.

• Set the analytics vision for Insight, leading delivery across UK and Bengaluru teams and external partners.
• Define bestpractice analytics processes, metrics and standards.
• Use data, analytics and AI to uncover customer needs, forecast behaviour and highlight growth opportunities.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling insight for nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with Insight Managers to bring insight to life through strong storytelling and visualisation.
• Anticipate future data, tooling and capability needs, bringing external trends into Tesco.
• Support alignment of analytics methods across Tesco Group.

• Strong numeracy and handson experience with analytics tools (Python or R preferred; SQL required).
• Proven background applying advanced analytics and statistical modelling, ideally with largescale customer data.
• Experience with big data platforms and visualisation tools (Hadoop, Tableau or similar).
• Comfortable operating in agile, productled environments.
• Curious, proactive communicator able to simplify complex concepts.
• Degree in a numerate discipline.
