
Foodservice Sales Enablement Manager
Job Description
Role purpose
Support sales effectiveness across foodservice by leading key enablement activity, helping ensure the sales team has the tools, processes, insight and guidance needed to perform consistently. This role would typically take the lead on CRM ways of working, territory and prospect management, on-boarding and sales tools, while also partnering with proposition, finance, marketing and leadership teams to support successful execution.
This role is flexible in location.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement tools and CRM ways of working
- Support territory, postcode and prospect management
- Support activation and field readiness
- Lead onboarding, methodology and capability support
- Provide reporting, scorecards and performance insight
- Coordinate customer listening and insight activity
- Partner on customer measures and contact strategy
- Contribute through governance and cross functional working
Key Skills
- Strong sales support and productivity skills

Previous Experience
- Hands‑on CRM ownership or customer file management administration experience
- Experience in sales or commercial operations roles
- Proven capability producing regular performance reporting
- Demonstrated delivery of process improvements or tool launches
